Frequently Asked Questions

1. What’s included in my website subscription plan?

All plans include full website management — this means we handle hosting, security, and updates for you every month. You’ll also have full access to your website at any time if you want to make changes yourself.


2. What’s the difference between the Starter, Growth, and Pro plans?
  • Starter ($49/mo): 3-page website, hosting & management, and 1 small edit per month.

  • Growth ($99/mo): Up to 5 pages and 2 small edits per month.

  • Pro ($199/mo): Up to 10 pages, priority support, and up to 3 small edits per month.
    All plans include setup, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.


3. What counts as a “small edit”?

A small edit includes things like text changes, image swaps, contact info updates, or adding a new blog post you provide.
Design layout changes or full page redesigns are not included but can be quoted separately if needed.


4. What’s the setup fee for?

The setup fee covers your hosting configuration, domain setup, SSL certificate, and initial website build. It’s a one-time fee required for all plans before your website goes live.


5. When will my subscription billing start?

You’re not billed immediately. Your first monthly payment is charged after 15 days, giving time to complete your setup and onboarding process.


6. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes — you can cancel anytime after the first three months.
Once your subscription is canceled, hosting and website management will stop, and your site will go offline.


7. What happens if I cancel my plan?

If you cancel your plan after the 3-month minimum, your website and hosting will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, then will be deactivated.
You may request a backup file of your website if you wish to move it elsewhere.


8. Do I own my website?

Yes — you fully own your website content and design.
However, the hosting and maintenance remain active only while your subscription is active.


9. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.


10. Do you offer eCommerce websites?

Yes, eCommerce sites are available under custom pricing as well as our pro plan. These include advanced integrations, checkout systems, and inventory management.
Contact us for a custom quote if you need a store setup.


11. How long does it take to launch my website?

Most Starter and Growth plan websites are ready to launch within 7–14 business days after receiving your content. Pro and custom projects may take longer depending on complexity.


12. Can I request additional work beyond my plan?

Yes — additional edits, new pages, or design revamps can be requested at any time. We’ll provide a one-time quote for anything outside your plan’s scope.


13. What kind of support do you offer?

Support is available via email during business hours. Growth and Pro plans receive priority response and faster turnaround for edits or issues.


14. Is SEO included?

Basic on-page SEO (titles, descriptions, and structure) is included with all plans.
Advanced SEO campaigns are available as an add-on service through our agency.


15. What if my website goes down or gets hacked?

All websites are monitored 24/7 with automated backups and security systems.
If an issue ever occurs, we handle restoration and recovery immediately — all included in your management plan.
